God this is bringing back old memories
but as a fact, WFG did a gig in xmas time of 80/81 under the name of
Blizzard of Zeeb
i was there upstairs in the horseshoes in Brierley Hill
they were quite good too

also remember going back to Zeebs bedsit in stourbridge, passing out to later wake up to that nice man zeeb spooning the contents of the ashtry in my mouth

Hiya, think I remember him telling me about that. Was that when a 'famous' lady had allegedly sent him a letter, lol? If so, I think that gag was on Zeeb for some time,eh?(and I hear he wasn't too happy!!)

i was in the Vic in Dudley when a young kid came in wearing a WFG T shirt
and i got talking to him and he told me about this site, was telling him how it was different times then, in the Horseshoes, royal exchange, the turf, kings head
the mitre, and all the house parties copey used to drag me too, i was young then
all the poeple we knew, taking the pee out of Tatler n Harris as they took themselves way to seriously
