trying to remember things that went on in those days, you know complete facts and remembered correctly, but as you know it was a long time ago, so when i get together with Phil he might jog my memories a bit better
Phil took me under his wing and looked after me, we were great mates, and he took me every where, can`t remember how we actualy met up , although it was in the Horseshoes pub (them was the days wern`t thay Phil) and carried on long after the `Shoes got closed down (remember Mac and Puggy?)
but as things go we drifted apart, i met my missis and he went on with his thing, as mates do
I actualy started working for Laney amps not long after, for 10 years
Helped disign Toneys rig (TIsig amps) and jammed with him a few times to get the right speakers and sounds, Mick Hopkins from Quartz worked with me too.
also did some stuff with Saxon as well
also did Joe Saturani (whow eer you spel it) amps, and got to play his prototype Ibanez before he did

then got VIP passes to his time machine album party at Camden Town.
also got loads of VIP passes to most of the Sabbs gigs (even reunion)
the best i remember from the Sabbs gigs was being back stage at the after show party and here in an american accent HI MAN, i turned round but didn`t see anyone and turned around again, only to hear it again, looked around again and then down, oly to stare into Ronnie J Dios face, good god he`s small, good chat with him though
oh and by the way Toney Dyes his hair and mistosh, cus when i was working in the studio with him they were well grey, a few days later ready for the gig, black again (well more of a dark purple lol)
and after working for Laney i met loads of rock stars
Steves Vias mad as a hatter
and Paul Stanley`s a prick
