The Witchfinder General Live '83 double lp is now at the pressing plant.It will be a very nice release with lots of photos that the cd did not include.If anyone has any questions you can post them on this Forum and they will get answered.

What is the bonus track? Will the vinyl be colored? Is it a gatefold?

The vinyl will be a double lp gatefold and some of the vinyl will be colored.There will be a regular version and a Die-Hard version of the lp.

The bonus track will be released as a 7" and will probably be the track "Music".

I haven't any idea where Zeeb Parkes is.

Keep us posted when this is out and where it is distributed in Europe, I want to get it when it's out ! Die Hard edition sounds good

The double lp arrived today is unreal. When I saw it my jaw dropped. I have posted pictures of it on Hellride music forum which do not do it justice but go into Hellride then click the forum button and then doom metal discussion board. In my opinion it is truly worthy of this mighty band. We hope the masters will be proud! Thanks to Russ,Yosuke and of course Dreadnought and the Beast.

The package includes the live 83 double lp,poster featuring the bands mascot Hopkins,gatefold jacket with lyrics in calligraphy and 14 pagecolor booklet featuring unreleased photos of the band and roadies,interview with Mr. Phil Cope,Gig Flyers and articles,promo flyers and pictures of old WFG memorabilia from that magical period. The DIE HARD version includes patch,sticker and bonus 7' which is foil embossed and includes the track Music which was left off the cd and brief interview with Zeeb Parkes as well as insert.

Finally, the speed has been corrected from the cd release which has improved the sound considerably.
